The modernly furnished ground floor apartment with around 110 square meters has a spacious living room with a large, comfortable couch. From there you can enjoy a nice movie night with a view of the fireplace. The dining area is surrounded by large floor-to-ceiling windows, so that the living room is illuminated with beautiful daylight during the day.

The kitchen with open access to the living area invites you to cook together. The kitchen is fully and modernly equipped.

Leading off a long hallway are the three bedrooms. Two of the three bedrooms have a double bed (1.80m), the third bedroom has two single beds (90cm) that can be pushed together.

The smaller bathroom has a shower with toilet and a sink. The large, spacious bathroom has a shower, bath, two sinks and a toilet.

The large garden with tiled terrace and large lawn offers plenty of space to play and relax. Here you can have a good time in summer, but also in winter.
